Parade of Homes

I was entrusted with designing the Parade of Homes 2024 magazine. An event organized by the North Idaho Builders and Contractors Association (NIBCA), the Parade of Homes is a regional showcase of local builders. Over two weekends in multiple towns, the Parade offers attendees the chance to walk through newly built homes by the top builders in North Idaho. This guidebook includes a map, home overviews, and articles by industry professionals.
